 Five bike-riding jokers are displayed, backs and fronts. One joker-the leader-is put aside, face-down. One by one, the remaining jokers turn over. When the faces of the cards are displayed, they are seem to bear only abandoned bicycles. Where are the missing jokers They're found on the face of the leader card, where they've joined together in an acrobatic cycling demonstration! Comes complete with full instructions and the necessary specially printed Bicycle cards, along with an extra gag card for a different finish.

This is, in my humble opinion, one of the best packet tricks I have in my possesion - along with NFW and Charge It. These are the packet tricks I carry around with me - all the time.
Ok, let's start out with the routine. The routine itself is well thought out (Max Maven can be blamed for this, hehehe) and the patter is included and it is highly recommended that you follow the patter closely in order to make sense of the kicker ending. The words used (again, thanks to Maven) really play an integral part of revealing the kicker. There are alot of good tricks out there that are really powerful but the patter throws it off tempo or makes it look less impressive than it should be - but not this one.
Frankly speaking, when I got this trick, I didn't use it immediately, I didn't see the actual power of it. I thought it was 'cute' but that was it. Then I decided to try it out again, and it didn't play very well as I didn't use the patter provided so the effect sort of fell flat. I looked at the instructions and tried the patter and BOOM, I got gasp-filled, jaw dropping reactions. So trust me when I say "Use the patter".
The sleights are all refined and kept simple to provide more room to concentrate on the performance - which is always a plus point! A beginner could do this as it only uses 2 very basic sleights - both of which are taught briefly in the instructions.
To me, a well thought out trick will leave you 'secure' in the end - and the solution to that is provided in the instructions. This is why I call this trick a 'well thought out trick' as it does just that! The cards you hold in your hands are NOT examinable - but the kicker card is! And due to the structuring of the trick and it's natural progression, all attention and focus is there! I have had, to this day, NO ONE who wants to examine the cards in my hand. None. So after the kicker I put the cards away and that's that.
This is really strong magic, very creative, simple (both in concept and premise) and unique. Also something to note, the 'empty' bicycles on the faces of the cards are ALL different. Yes, all the bikes are lying in different manners - no 2 empty bikes look the same. I know that's a moot point but it just goes to show the attention to detail here! And another thing, the cards provided are made with a very durable SMOOTH plastic stock - this baby will last quite a while let me tell you.
The extra gag card is also really cute and some may prefer it to the acrobatic stunt. The extra gag is a card which depicts all 5 Jokers sitting down on the stones and floor and having a beer. Just change the patter a bit by saying "Let's say the leader Joker goes for a drink" (or something to that effect) and you can continue from there. By just doing that, this becomes a more commercial effect. Use it as you will, it doesn't fit my style, but to each his own.
All in all, this is a good trick, well thought out and the quality is superb (expect no less from Ton Onosaka!).
