Returns Policy:

As we all know, when you buy a magic item you are not only buying a physical product, but also a secret.

For this reason we do not accept any returns unless an item is defective. And in the case a item is defective we can only offer a replacement and NOT a credit or refund. Before any replacement item is shipped out we must first verify that the item is in fact defective. We test all returned items to insure the item is actually defective.
